2 cups grated raw apples
2 cups flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Mazola
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup pecans broken
3 eggs well beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in order. Bake 45 minutes in well-greased and floured tube pan.
